GimCat Nutri Malt Bites

Unfortunately, the regular GimCat malt tablets aren't available here anymore, so I ordered these as an alternative. The shape is really odd, and sadly my cat won't eat them at all.

My cat used to love the old tablets, he would pounce on them. With this new formula, not so much. He eventually eats it, but without any excitement, even the smell doesn’t attract him anymore. They’re very/too hard, so if your cat has sensitive teeth, best to avoid... Shame, going back to the previous version would be much better!

He used to eat it before, but now with the change in shape and formula he doesn’t even want to look at it. The pieces are too big and sharp, which could cause choking. I have to break them up and even then he won’t touch them; the new recipe doesn’t appeal to him at all. I don’t understand why they have to change something that works.

Unfortunately, the product has completely changed. My Brits used to happily eat the old Malt tablets, but they won’t even go near these... :(

The snacks are very large and pressed like tablets, and my tomcat finds them totally uninteresting. With a lot of effort, I managed to sneak him a single piece, but only because I broke it up into small bits, mixed it with other snacks, and gave it to him alternately. Now he won’t touch it anymore. Such a shame, I expected more. Now I’ve got a whole bag left… It’s a bit annoying that there aren’t any sample packs with small sachets.

The cat is delighted, and so am I.
