Tummy trouble
My cat ended up with awful tummy trouble from this. There was something in it that didn't agree with her. We've tried a few different foods, but the Feringa was the only one that's made her react so far. We discontinued use and donated the remainder. If you have a sensitive cat, maybe give the trial packs a go first.

No airtight seal?
I used to order this range of Feringa kibble, and recently they changed the packaging… The problem is, there’s no longer an airtight seal to keep the kibble fresh. Now I have to close it myself with a clip…

My cats loved it!
I was a bit apprehensive because of other reviews. I mixed 1/3 with their current Purina food, and as soon as I put the Feringa portion down, my cats immediately went to eat it and didn’t want anything to do with the Purina anymore. I don’t know if it’s because of the high meat content or because it smells more natural, but they only wanted the new food.
Two weeks after buying it, they still prefer Feringa.
The only downside is that the packaging doesn’t have a ziplock, so you need to use a clip.

Most of the kibble pieces are small and my cats seem to like them, but there are also some HUGE pieces that they couldn’t eat even if they tried. I tried this product for my sphynx cat, who needs a high-protein diet. With previous kibble, even though it was good quality, she ate loads, used the litter box often, drank a lot, and obviously gained weight.
I've been using this for about a month now and my cat is definitely doing better: her appetite has dropped a lot, she has a perfect figure, and she's not as thirsty. She seems calm and happy.
