I always gave my cats the sterilised lamb with fish. I was really disappointed when it was taken out of the range. Now I see it’s back again. My cats did so well on this food. Thanks for bringing it back. I’ll be ordering it again.

They advertised that the original recipe is back. Don't be fooled—both my cats got diarrhoea after eating this food. They've been eating Purizon for years, and now I'm struggling to find something to replace it with.

My cats have been eating Purizon food for years, but the recent reviews and changes to the recipe really worried me. After finishing a few large bags, I decided to order a small pack of the new "old food" for testing, the one with the red label saying the recipe is back. That's just a plain lie—my cats got diarrhoea for the first time ever after eating this food!

I hope Zooplus fixes the info about the ingredients, because I bought a 2.5 kg bag of lamb and fish specifically since it said it only had 5.8% ash, but today when it arrived I checked the label straight away and it actually has 8.9%—that’s absolutely not okay! Cat kibble shouldn’t have more than 7% crude ash so it doesn’t strain their kidneys. I searched and in the end I only found this flavour with low ash, but now I feel like I’ve been tricked! And at these prices!!!

My cat had already eaten food from this brand with this flavour before, so I bought it without thinking. Only when he started having diarrhoea did I read the reviews and noticed that this is a new product. Not only does he react badly to it, but he also eats it very reluctantly. In a word: disaster.

This used to be the cats’ favourite! Fatty, juicy, tender. We want our tasty food back! 😭 This new stuff is a bag of crap! And don’t even get me started on the fact that you can’t seal a 6.5 kg bag airtight? I hope you pass this on to the manufacturer and tell them to stop with this kind of business behaviour!

Unfortunately, the composition changed at the end of 2025. Even my cat doesn’t like it anymore, although she always ate Purizon before. The old one was much better.

I think this cat food is exceptional. My cat can finally eat without getting diarrhoea. Before, I had to buy expensive horse meat foods and even those didn’t completely solve the problem. Thank you for making this product. I recommend it.

Since they changed the formula for all Purizon dry food, my cats won’t eat it anymore. The composition is different, I checked, and the kibbles are much drier and dustier, they can’t be swallowed anymore. I had to completely change their main food.
