After giving it a few funny looks, my cat finally took the plunge. Now she lies on the banana every day, which looks hilarious from the side. She likes it just as much as her other cardboard scratching furniture, and she even spends more time on this one.

It's rounded at the bottom, really not a good shape. The cat can't sit on it properly or scratch without it wobbling. There are much better ones out there.
