Designed by Lotte Scratching Ball

Hi, I think this cat tree is beautiful, but there's no screw included to attach the bottom circle. Could you send it to me?

Small, unstable, the cat doesn't really use it much.

Unfortunately, you have to tighten the screws at the bottom several times, even though you’ve already fastened them tightly. Also, the toy breaks quickly.

I absolutely do not recommend it! Usually, I’m never disappointed with the quality at Zooplus, where I’ve been a customer for nearly 25 years. However, this product got damaged after just one week: the string on the lower ball came off, revealing a ball made of polystyrene. On one hand, it’s dangerous for our pets. On the other: €49 for THIS? It’s outrageous!
