Natural Home IV Cat Tree

I love this cat tree! It is a lovely, neutral colour that will go with anything & absolutely huge . . it was really easy for 1 person to assemble & took no more than an hour. Lots of toys & different levels and is all ready for my new kittens to enjoy tomorrow

I recommend this. Positives: -My cat loves it! She's abandoned her bed and sleeps in the top basket every night. -It looks stylish, particularly the water hyacinth sides and not out of place in my dining room -The top cushion is removable -Loads of scratching and stretching places -Easy to put together Negatives -She only uses the top, The other levels are wasted. This would be true of them all I think - It does shake as she bounds up. The base is secure but the top shakes. She is only a year old and small too. -It's not obvious from the photos that there is a lot of beige carpet covering it, like the cheaper ones. I would have preferred wood, although my cat might disagree!

I have 8 cats so I need a sturdy tree with lots of spaces--this tree was perfect--my cats loved it from the moment it was put in the living room, they are all so peaceful when they are on it, even the 2 cats who scrap with each other are content to share space on it.Its such a success I bought another one for the kitchen!!!!!!

This tree is fantastic, not only for playing on but my cats love it or sleeping, at any one time there is always at least 1 cat to be found on it and if not all 3! There is often competition for the top sleeping basket though.

I ordered this two days ago and it had arrived by 11 this morning! What a fab cat tree, my cats were playing with it before it was even assembled. Really good quality and very sturdy my two adult cats already think this is great and it's only a couple of hours old, I can see this being a firm favourite once they are used to it :) Really quick and easy to assemble on your own, was too exited to wait for the husband, it is really heavy so best let the delivery man bring it inside

I’m really happy with the cat tree. I actually enjoyed putting it together. All the parts arrived quickly and were complete. Even while I was assembling it, my two young kittens were already jumping around on it. It looks great in my living room and my kittens love it. I’m glad they now have big areas to play and sleep on. Excellent value for money. I can wholeheartedly recommend the cat tree.

The cat tree itself is great, but you can't really expect the colour to be beige. It looks much more like a salmon-pink shade.

Easy to put together and looks great. Top quality, and it was accepted straight away.

Really nice, heavy and well made. My 5 kg kitty jumps right to the top without any trouble, and the scratching post only wobbles a little – but that's normal with something this tall. The quality is better than the average scratching posts you find in shops, which are basically just cardboard. Highly recommend :)

I ordered the same cat tree again after 8 years because one of the posts broke. I think it's good, just a shame that you can't order individual parts separately.

I am very satisfied with the cat scratching post. Delivery was very fast and assembly was easy. Unfortunately, one part broke during assembly. After contacting customer service, we received immediate help and a new scratching post was sent to us without any hassle. You rarely experience such accommodating and friendly service. I am pleasantly surprised and can absolutely recommend both the seller and the scratching post. Thank you very much!

Product arrived within the expected timeframe, assembly wasn’t the easiest but definitely doable. The scratching post looks great, although the colour is more of a pinkish shade than beige. The base is very sturdy and my cats liked it straight away. Since I’ve only just bought it, I can’t comment on how long it will last, but I would definitely recommend it.

It’s quite sturdy and easy to put together. Compared to most other cat houses, which have spots that are hard to get to, this one lets my cat climb around without any hassle. I really love how it looks in the cosy spot where I’ve set it up.

Order was made ready for dispatch quickly and delivered promptly. Assembly took about 20 minutes with two people following the clear instructions. To deal with the new smell, I sprayed some catnip and the little lads were straight on it, playing away. Once the sleeping spots were sorted out, the first beauty nap was taken in no time ;D Good workmanship and sturdy construction make the price seem very fair.

Excellent quality. I previously bought a similar cat tree from Zooplus. The last one lasted a good 7 years with my previous cats, so I’ve now bought a new one for my current cats. They’re completely happy with it.

The basket is dented and crooked. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to claim individual parts online. Nevertheless, I’ve submitted a complaint and hope for a solution. So far, I haven’t received any response.
