Natural Paradise Scratching Barrel - Primrose XL

Beautiful design and my cats love it!

This is the third Natural Paradise item I have purchased. I am really pleased with the quality of these items as they are sturdy items. However, the only problem I have with the Scratch Barrel - XL Standard is the size of the removable cushions. I have measured the inside diameter of the den and found it to be 39.5cm but the cushion diameter is 43.5cm therefor do not lie flat inside the den. Not a major issue but it does spoil the look hence the loss of a star.

Bought this when it was full price and my two Ragdoll's love it.

The strings were quickly destroyed by the cats scratching. However, the whole structure is indestructible.

I've seen the cats lying both inside and on top of the scratching barrel. I keep it in the bedroom and there's always one of the cats on the barrel when I wake up. It's easy to move but still stands steady. My 5.5 kg ragdoll looks comfortable in the XL size, we'll see if he outgrows it.
