the scratcher is nice and the frame helps the cardboard last longer and not be destroyed by my cats so quickly, though one of the screws got loose in few days and ended up falling off. But it is very disappointing the a replacement cardboard is not available and I won't be buying any more scratchers of this brand again and will make my own as other buyers suggested.

My cats love it and it was easy to put together. I like the look a lot. Only concern is if I will be able to get a replacement for the cardboard insert when needed, due to the curved shape. Worst comes to worst I've have to hand trace and cut new cardboard. A nice little addition to our cardboard scratcher furniture collection.

The scratching board is used a lot, but the roll is ignored. Of course, like every cardboard board, it makes a lot of mess.

The cats regularly sharpen their claws on the board, but unfortunately the ball is a bit strange, according to the cats—they don't touch it at all...

The product is surprisingly small, unstable, tips over easily, has no sturdiness, and is definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Arrived today and set up straight away, done in a minute. Our cat immediately dug his claws into it (even without the catnip that came with it) ^^ We'll definitely buy it again once the cardboard is worn out (:

Both cats at home are in love with the scratching board! The ball doesn’t get used as much, but the scratching part is a big favorite! They use it for playing and scratching, but they also love to lie down, rest, and cuddle on it.
