Shipping and delivery was excellent 👌🏻. This is my second time buying this product. The top layer is make from compressed cardboard so extremely safe for cats and kittens. There are 2 white balls included which is great fun to move from cut out circle top section. I totally recommend this as it's durable strong and alot of fun . It's also completely recyclable !

After 10 days of scratching, there's not much left of the cardboard.
