My cat enjoys using the different resting spots, but the fibres on the fabric come loose as soon as she scratches it. Especially on the posts. And the fabric on the scratching ramp has already come off the sisal part after less than a week of use – so yes, a poor product. Not worth the money ☹️ unfortunately
