My cats loves grass but this one they REALLY Ignored. I’d say it’s not good cause one of my cats is really into different kinds of grass.

I've tried various cat grasses over the years. I use only half a pack, sometimes just a third, wet it thoroughly in the dish and drain; then every day wet it through, then drain immediately. I use the Catit grass system as it reduces the mess when they pull out grass strands and growing medium. No problems with this approach, all packets have grown well. I plant every 10 days or so, have a new one growing on the windowsill while the other is in use.

Nice Grass grows quickly and the cat likes to chew on it, however, the last batch I bought, all 3 packs have these tiny black flies hatch out as the grass grows and the nestle amongst the grass flying out when the cat moves it but they settle around it again. We are hoping its just a contaminated batch

If you want to purchase a cat grass that actually grows this is the one! My cats love to chew on grass and mainly stay indoors so I have tried every type and very few grow but out of 30 packs every single one has worked and grown and not expensive! This one is perfect.

I wouldn't be without this in my household, all my cats are indoor cats and each room has a pot of this on the window sill, the cats graze on it when needed, invaluable and popular with all my cats, easy to grow too, a little difficult to grow in the winter as the days are shorter just takes a little longer, but all in all very easy and within a few days you have growth from the seeds!

My cats were always eating my house plants, so decided to purchase this as my plants were looking so sad. Sow the seeds, I used a pot and I put a plastic bag over the pot and left it for several days then I had a magnificent grass plant that the cats munch at, perfect, no longer are my own plants being eaten to pulp and these seeds grow so quickly, very impressive! Plan to stock up with more, and have grass pot plants scattered around the house for when the cats have the need to munch =^..^=

My house cats love to nibble on grass, but some brands are rather expensive for the time they last. This is a very economical 'grow your own' product. This grass sprouts quickly, and lasts a long time. Coming in a triple pack, it's easy to have the next tray growing ready for the cats to enjoy. Excellent value!

I have been growing his for Sylvie for about 2 years. She eats grass several times a day and I keep 2 bowls available always. I put a layer of about a cm or dry product in a ceramic bowl, keep it damp for several days (careful not to drown at this early stage) and hey presto! It needs to be watered regularly and will only smell if it has a swampy mess under the grass. If this happens, lift the grass out gently (it will come out in one solid piece with a root ball underneath), rinse the bowl and replace grass. This really is essential for an indoor cat!

I used this with miracle grow compost into a 2 inch deep tray - within 10 days the grass was ready for my cat to nibble on! Almost 2 weeks later & the grass is now falling over as there is so much of it! So i think for the next lot of seeds i start off i will share 1 packet of the seeds into 4 or 5 seperate pots deeper than 2 inches that way it won't fall over after a couple of weeks like before & my cat will have a few pots of cat grass located in different areas of the house which he will like! Overall a good quality cat grass, i will buy again.

It took me a couple of tries to get this right - I put too much water in the first lot and drowned the seeds, you need to just put in enough to wet the mixture, but not have it floating in water. However, having got it right I'm really pleased with the results and more importantly so is my cat! She loves to chew, sometimes eat, and also plays with the blades of grass. I'm just about to order some more!

The refill grows just as well as the ready-boxed type and is greener because you can reuse the old box again and again. It's cheaper too.

I put one bag of these seeds into a 150g tray and 10 days later the grass is so dense it is quite difficult to find space for water! This is a better result than any of the other grass sold by Zooplus - and I've been pleased with all of them. Wonderful value for money - and Sylvie is munching away happily!

After opening the package, there was a noticeable musty smell. I didn't dare to use it. The whole thing ended up in the bin.

The grass does grow well, but I always find little flies in it... I can't keep the grass inside the flat, only out on the balcony. That doesn't do the cat much good in winter. These flies are a bit bigger than fruit flies. Really annoying, I won't be buying this again.

Exactly 4 shoots have grown and the rest is dry and rotten. Everything went in the bin.

I tried 3 out of 6 sachets, and got very few sprouts. There was a manure-like smell, even when I tried growing them outside. Everything ended up in the compost bin. I definitely do not recommend this product, hence my rating.

I used to always buy this and the cats loved the soft grass. Lately, though, the seeds rot as soon as they come into contact with water. Only a few seeds sprout now, and the cats avoid those completely—thanks to the rotten smell...

0 stars. I bought six bags, and none of them have sprouted. I've grown cat grass many times before without any problems, so this doesn't seem like user error. Very disappointing.

None of the three Trixie cat grass refill bags sprouted. No idea why that happened. Maybe the grass was too old? I definitely won't be buying it again.

It's easy to sow in a pile, and it grows super fast and is stable. My cats love it!

The product used to be quite good and plentiful some time ago. My cats always liked it. With my recent orders, however, I’ve often had some where the moistened barley grain with the soil-like mixture smelled really rotten. The grass didn’t really grow, either. On top of that, with the batch I ordered recently, I even found small flies in the damp mixture. It honestly makes you angry, especially since I like to buy in bulk.

Germination efficiency: 95%. Awesome! The best efficiency, especially when used with the special grass container from Catit.

Grass is essential for cats. It’s great because you plant it and in just 2 days you already have grass for your kitty. It’s convenient since it lasts a long time, and when you need more, you just plant again. Ideally, it shouldn’t get direct sunlight when it’s really hot, as it can burn.

A lot of seeds come in the pack, it grows tall and my cats eat it really well. The downside is that it takes quite a while to grow, maybe some of the seeds are old... But once it sprouts, everything’s perfect.

Those who complain clearly don’t have much experience with plants. Obviously, these are seeds to be planted. They do much better if planted in soil, and they grow quickly. Unfortunately, plant pests really like them, so it’s better to grow them indoors in a very bright spot, where the leaves become larger and darker than outdoors. You have to replant often because cats destroy them. The seeds lose vitality in 2 or 3 years.

The kitten mistook the grass for a toy :)) instead of eating it, he plays with it. The product is good, it's just that the first time it wasn't used as intended. Maybe in the future it will be!

Although it’s not quite like the kind that grows in the garden, the price isn’t bad and it does what cat grass is supposed to do. :-D My cats are happy with it.
