This winter recipe is heartily enjoyed by both girl and boy in conjunction with Acana dry giving them all they need for their differing ages of 3years and 8months. They prefer it's when chilled as it is firmer then plus there are no stomach upsets or excessive thirst, which is a winner.
I highly recommend it for any large breed !
My Visla has no problems digesting this food, it really agrees with him. No bloating and no diarrhoea. It smells very strongly, so we open a window after feeding time to stop everything smelling of dog food. I think it's great that all the ingredients are very clear, and this variety doesn't contain too many innards.
Sadly the Winter menu variety "Juicy Goose" has a very strong smell and doesn't agree with our dog's digestion - strange, given that he absolutely loved the Autumn Venison variety. He gets quite bloated with this particular flavour - although the Lukullus Menu Gustico varieties are fine, and he really likes them..
A real shame, as the ingredients list seems just as high quality as the rest of the Lukullus foods.
We just switched our poodle from another wet food to Lukullus, with no problems whatsoever. He loves the taste and it smells quite good too. We plan to try some of the other Lukullus flavours in the future!
I've tried lots of the different Lukullus varieties - my dog loves it, finishes his bowl every time and we've never had any problems with diarrhea etc. It smells good, and you can see the chunks of meat inside. Usually my dog can't eat canned food but we're very satisfied with this one and would recommend it.
After trying a few types of wet food, we're sticking with Lukullus! It is a very good quality food, with great ingredients. The price is actually ok considering how high quality the food is, too. My dogs love it and have no problems digesting it, it looks good and smells nice as well. WE LOVE IT, and the dry food is brilliant too!
We put our dog onto wet food because of her allergies. This is one of two varieties she can eat, and I'm really impressed with it. She seems to digest it well, and hoovers it up at every mealtime. A happy dog and a happy owner!
