I've known Rinti for a long time and I'm happy with the product itself. My review is solely about Zooplus. There are always dented tins in the delivery. In the last order, all (!) 48 tins were badly dented! Customer service is friendly, but that doesn't help me if I don't have any food at home that I can actually use. The problem is that even the tiniest air holes are enough, and you only realise when you open the tin whether the food is still usable.

My little one loves the Sensible range and it suits him really well.

My Max gets on really well with it. Because of his stomach problems, I tried this food and he doesn’t get tummy aches as often and doesn’t throw up anymore. I’d recommend it to anyone whose 🐕 dog has stomach issues.

The canned food smells moderately to strongly of spoiled meat when opened, and the colour varies from tin to tin, ranging from beige (smells like regular canned food) to grey (smells spoiled). I've had the same issue with this variety before, with the 800g tins. Really disappointing. The dog usually eats it, but I won’t be buying it again, because the different colours and smells in each tin are a clear sign of a problem for me.

My dog gets on really well with Rinti food. He’s always excited and it’s gone in no time.

I can only say good things, he tolerates the food really well. I want to place another order straight away. I'm glad I found this food.

Unlike many other products, it’s clear what’s in this tin. I usually feed game (also pure meat) mixed with a bit of dry food. Game tripe usually stinks terribly. This tripe tin doesn’t smell strong at all and my dogs love eating it! I’ve also bought other tins from “Kennerfleisch”. You have to be aware that they mostly, if not exclusively, contain offal. Still, my dogs really like and tolerate the Rinti products very well.
