Karma is quite expensive, but my 14-year-old Italian Spinone girl, with liver disease and test results that didn't give her much chance, has been on this food and similar liver-supporting ones for 3 years now. She eats with appetite, and I just hope she keeps eating it for as long as possible.

I ordered this food specifically for my dog who is recovering from liver damage... She’s not a picky eater by anyone’s standards, but she wouldn’t touch this food. I mean, three days in a row she chose to starve rather than eat this. I decided to take the remaining cans to my workplace (veterinary clinic) where we tried them with four other dogs... not even the dog that eats poop would eat it. One unfortunate dog just sniffed it, one took a bite and spat it out.
