The bed is appreciated by my miniature dachshund. Extra points for the cover, which lets him "burrow" as dachshunds love to do. Good price.

I ordered exactly the same cushion again, bought the previous one 2 years ago for less money and was super happy with it. With the new version, I immediately noticed they’ve really skimped on the filling! Before, my medium-sized dog and I could lie comfortably together on the cushion and we wouldn’t touch the floor—there was even extra padding. Now, you hit the floor straight away, it’s just not right! The cover is just as bad, they’ve cut corners on everything and are charging a fortune. Manufacturer: shame on you! The only reason I’m keeping it is because I can’t return the cushion anymore 😒

I found the material thinner than the grey cover, and the brown cover didn’t survive either. The grey cover is now the only one left, still in good condition.

I bought this bed a couple of years ago and thought it was amazing—really firm, good size and great price. My dog loved it. Now I wanted to replace it and the quality is worse; after just two weeks, the centre is already half as thick and doesn’t bounce back like before. Even so, my dog still uses it. I’d understand the price increase and would pay it, but not if the quality goes down.

Very comfortable, soft and ergonomic. My dog, who used to only go in his basket when we put him there, now can’t get enough of it and has almost completely abandoned his beloved sofa.

When purchasing 3 of the baskets (2 of which are very bad and the third is thick and fluffy), I also bought 3 spare covers. However, these are extremely thin and break right away—one scratch and there’s a tear in them. Tried to contact customer service about the baskets, but got no response via the app or email.

I ordered 3 of these beds at the beginning of March. The first order had 2 beds and they seemed very empty, they were vacuum packed so I decided to wait and see. A few days later, the third one arrived and it was a lovely thick, full basket (right away). Tried to contact zooplus but unfortunately still no response. Both by email and through the app.

I recommend this basket as well as its replacement covers.
