What a scam. You think you're buying a basket, but it's just an empty cover.

After a couple of weeks, my dog had made a hole in the blanket, and now after five months, it's coming apart at several spots and losing its stuffing. The foam is also in pieces, and you can really tell the quality is much lower than what is usually used in these cases.

Nothing like the previous one I was given as a gift, poor quality, little padding and over 12 cm smaller. The cover fabrics are low quality. Not suitable for giant breed dogs.

I ordered exactly the same cushion again, bought the previous one 2 years ago for less money and was super happy with it. With the new version, I immediately noticed they’ve really skimped on the filling! Before, my medium-sized dog and I could lie comfortably together on the cushion and we wouldn’t touch the floor—there was even extra padding. Now, you hit the floor straight away, it’s just not right! The cover is just as bad, they’ve cut corners on everything and are charging a fortune. Manufacturer: shame on you! The only reason I’m keeping it is because I can’t return the cushion anymore 😒

After only a short time of use, the cover was already damaged, and now after 8 months, the seam of the inner lining has burst open. For the price, I expect an XL dog bed that can handle a 32kg dog. When I made a complaint, the customer service agent told me that this sort of thing happens because of claws, even though the photos clearly show that the fabric has frayed from the inside. This dog bed, as well as the replacement cover, were a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Unfortunately, the fabric has been changed here. It doesn’t feel as nice as the old covers and the softness is gone too. I’m very disappointed.

Bought the first flakes and was absolutely thrilled—recommended them to everyone!! The last batch I bought doesn’t even come close to the first ones. I understand that everything is getting more expensive, but I’d much rather pay a bit more than see the quality drop like this. Unfortunately, it’s no longer an option for us.

After our two beloved first Flocken (bought 4.5 years ago) lost their filling, I ordered another two Flocken. It feels like the filling has been greatly reduced, which means there’s just not enough “substance” or support, even for our greyhounds (who love things ultra cosy and soft). The edge doesn’t “support” their head and neck anymore, so they’re almost lying on the floor, while the rest of their body is “propped up”. So basically, they end up sleeping with their heads lower than their bodies. Really disappointing!

The new brown replacement cover sheds a lot, even after being washed. The fabric is much thinner compared to the other covers and therefore not as durable. The cover has been on the dog bed for a month now and already has the first holes.

I’ve bought the Flocke dog bed from you three times already. However, the two new ones are very poor quality. The cushions constantly build up static, so now the dogs avoid them because they keep getting a shock. Also, the top fabric pulls threads and the dogs keep getting caught on it. Even at the reduced price, the quality just isn’t good enough for me anymore, which is a shame. The three older Flocke beds are still perfect, even after frequent washing.

Failed. Now I also have to buy the inner padding.
