Super comfy
When I buy a bed for my dog I’m always disappointed with the size when it arrives. He’s a chocolate lab and loves to stretch out. This bed came in 2XL and is perfect. My daughter can actually lie in there with him. He loves it. Would recommend highly for dogs weighing 31/33kgs. Could be a little more stuffing in the base but honestly that’s something that I replace regularly to keep the bed smelling fresh. Good value for money. 👍

Disappointing
The bed itself is nice but the cushion is so sparsely filled, that my dog spends more time lying on the hard floor as there is zero cushioning effect. The filling should be at least 50% more than what it is. I now have to buy a separate cushion to turn this into an actual orthopedic bed. Zooplus was contacted and ordered a partial refund which nowhere near covers the price of the extra cushion that is needed. If your dog needs joint support, don’t buy this bed.
New bed
So far my dog has loved it! I was doubting about the size of bed to pick and I finally selected the small one for my Maltese (standard Maltese size, not toy).

Great product!
Several of our dogs use it, it's comfortable, they love it. It really helps our sick and arthritic dogs a lot! They sleep much better in this bed!

Perfect
This bed is really soft and my dog loved it. Thanks to it, it was easier for us to get him used to not going on the sofa anymore (he was getting old and often incontinent). He found it so comfortable that he really enjoyed going there (also much easier to protect and clean).

Good material, poor workmanship
The outer cover material is excellent: it feels pleasant to the touch, looks good, and is durable. Unfortunately, the zippered, washable design significantly reduces the bed’s durability. The weak zip and the protruding zipper pull easily attract the attention of puppies, so they quickly get access to the inner filling. What’s more, the foam is only held by a thin textile layer, which tears easily. Because of this, our bed became unusable in just four months. A stronger, hidden zip and a more robust inner cover would be more suitable.

Hmm
I don’t usually complain, I tend to just let things go... But since this is about my dog, I have to write it down. The inner part of the cover creates such stubborn lint that even after washing, it sticks to everything... It even fills up the laundry bag. I’ve never seen anything like it. At first, I thought it was my dog’s hair because this stuff is grey too. After washing, if I shake it out or vacuum it, this stuff just flies everywhere. My dog even got allergic spots on his skin because of it. It can get so smelly and damp in the flat that I had to replace it with another one.

Very heavy
Beautiful, very comfortable bed, but it's really heavy.
The cover is removable, but it sheds a lot of fluff even after several washes.
After a few years, there's much less grey fluff left.

Filling in inner cushion shifts
The dog bed would be brilliant, the edge is great. However, the cushion or lying surface is only made of flakes. I cut a 10 cm high gel foam topper to size so that even the raised edge under the bolsters is filled. Now it’s perfect, just wish there were covers that don’t shed fluff.
