Omg. We love this… works an absolute treat for when my dog is home on his own at feeding times…

I have this feeder about 6 weeks only used it about 5 or 6 times ,and it’s stopped working already it’s not ticking anymore and it has failed to open a few times now it’s like the battery part off it not working anymore have tried different batteries.

This feeding bowl only lasted 8 days before breaking. I’m not sure why. I felt really bad for my hungry cat though. ‘Fixed’ it or so I thought and it happened again. Totally unreliable and this a pointless product.

Thing have changed at home so I need to be able to feed them on certain days at lunchtime when I'm not there. These work, so they're handy, and I don't have to feel bad. In the beginning one boy would bash it til it opened, but I give him a meal before I leave and he leaves it alone now. So they're useful, I've just ordered another two in case one gets broken. I've never had to use them before but there's been a sudden change in routine so we just have to manage and keep going for now.

We bought this for our elder cat who has always had a food hoarding/overeating issue (as he just runs to the other cat's bowls). We wanted to lessen his anxiety with an automatic feeder but unfortunately he was able to quickly break this one. A few swipes and the dials came off and he was able to have both feeding trays opened. While we attempted to glue this back on ultimately we had to bin it. Good for a patient cat, but not if you're trying to work with a cat who has food anxiety issues.

My cat was able to break the lids off the machine, plus both knobs. Glad it wasn't too expensive as I will be throwing away today. I liked it while it worked.

This works pretty well but as others have said it is very lightweight. My cat tends to knock it all over the place to try to get the food out and while he hasn't succeeded, he can be pretty noisy doing it! I've had to put it in a small padded area so he doesn't wake up me and the neighbours knocking it against the walls. Also, the ice packs don't stay cold for very long so I would only use dry food if setting it for far in advance.

The feeder isn’t too bad, but after just one day of use, my tomcat figured out the knob system and decided to open it himself. The problem is, when he tried to open the bowls, either he managed and ate way too quickly, or he turned the knob and didn’t eat at all.

The feeder works great, no complaints, and the price is reasonable. Reading the reviews, I had a few doubts, but they turned out to be unnecessary. It works fine as long as the battery lasts, and the ticking sound is quiet, similar to a clock. My cat loves the food but doesn't even try to turn the knob on the feeder himself—he just runs over quickly when he hears it opening :) The only thing is, it can't be placed too close to the wall because when it opens, it hits the wall and makes a noise.

Works very well, great value for money. You can hear a bit of ticking (like an old clock), but you can just take the batteries out when it's not in use – we've gotten used to it and it's not a problem. My cat always has fresh food when I'm away because the cooling packs keep the wet food nice and fresh. We've been using it for quite a while now and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend.

The description says the machine takes 2 batteries, but there's only one compartment. Also, even though you can hear the timer working, it doesn't open any of the containers. I have an old machine from the same brand and it's still working perfectly. Maybe I just got a faulty model this time. I'm sending it back.

Doesn't open at the scheduled time. I'm very unhappy with my purchase. And that's not even mentioning my cat!

I work shifts and the little rascal refuses to eat dry food, and even if I put out more of the pouch food, it dries out by the afternoon or evening and I don’t want him to eat it then. Or after a night shift, I don’t want him to wake me up a few hours after I’ve fallen asleep because he’s hungry. I had a bit of trouble setting up the timer at first, but I think I’ve figured it out now. So far, I like it and I’m happy with it.

The bowl worked only once, then stopped working after 16 days and I couldn't return it. Tried just once.

Not recommended. It's a shame you have to unpack the whole package first just to see if it works. Put the battery in, nothing... tried another battery... still nothing... So it doesn't work at all. Really disappointing, I couldn't wait for it to arrive... because my cats keep meowing whenever I'm in the kitchen and walk around my legs... I just don't want them to associate food with the kitchen anymore... such a waste of money... I really don't recommend it.
