I got this slow feeder more than a year ago because my dog is a rescue and never learned to eat slowly. He used to gulp his food in big pieces. Since using the slow feeder, mealtimes have slowed down considerably, and he is eating more calmly and safely. It's light and easy to clean.

My dog eat way too quick so I bought this slow fed bowl for him, it’s amazing , at least 3 times slower than he normally eats! Quality is excellent for the price, it’s plastic but it’s good heavy Plastic! I think he enjoys eating in this bowl because it’s makes him work around it to slow it down
