Really poor quality, stopped working after a couple minutes. The lights turn on but the fountain won't work.

At first, it seemed like they wouldn't use it, but after two or three days they started drinking from it. It was easy to assemble and is easy to clean. It does make some noise, but nothing that would keep you up at night. The fact that it's made of stainless steel makes it much more hygienic than the plastic ones. But it's important to keep an eye on the filters and change them regularly. Still, it easily lasts two months without changing, as long as you give it a quick clean whenever you add water. It was a good purchase.

I use it as a bath for my budgies. The pump is efficient and seems durable. However, I do wish the cord was a bit longer.

The trickling water catches the cat’s attention, so they drink from it more often. It’s better for them to drink filtered, fresh water too!

Very disappointed, after just a short while the light stopped working. On top of that, it's very noisy and the worst part is that it leaks, which ruined our skirting board at home.

The fountain doesn't meet my expectations; the description is misleading because it makes you think the water container is stainless steel, but it turns out to be plastic. Honestly, you end up paying a lot for expensive plastic—zero stars from me.

We’ve been using this fountain for about a year now. So, apart from the fact that the pumps don’t last very long and need to be replaced every 2-3 months, and apart from the fact that you can only buy the round replacement filter and not the pump filter (so I guess you’re never supposed to change that one? – or maybe the fountain isn’t meant for long-term use?), aside from these points, the fountain is actually good and quiet.

I bought the first fountain last September and after just a month it started making a buzzing noise, like bees. Also, the LED stopped working after 6 months. I bought a new pump hoping it would be quieter and to replace the LED, but the noise came back after just a few days of use. I clean the fountain once a week and change the filters at least once a month, and the water I use is purified.

In just a few months, it broke—the motor works but no water comes out.
