We have had this cover for a number of years now and we have always had it set in the car so the shiny side/ more easily washable side is next to the dogs. The Acrylic woven side against the seat. Obvious yes ! NOT SO. Looking at the picture of the Golden Retreiver in one, we have been putting it in the wrong way round. BUT I DON'T THINK SO !

My lab loves to lie on the sofa. This cover is great for protecting the material, and, being waterproof, when she's damp it isn't a problem. I am renewing the cover as this one is beginning to lose its backing after many months of service

I can absolutely recommend this cover. It's perfectly manufactured and very well thought out. The sides can be opened separately as entry points. There are also zippers for closing the cover. The top material is made of sturdy fabric. Our dog also sits in it quite comfortably. The most important thing: our dog loves the cover and regularly sleeps in the backseat.

This is THE solution for a problem we've had for a while. Our retriever has always slipped into the gaps between the seats (despite using a seatbelt!) so we were reluctant to take her on car trips. This filler has solved that problem and now car trips are back to being relaxed!

Because of lots of some of the comments I took mine to get some newer, stronger fastening loops attached. Since then I've used it almost daily. It does what it says, is sturdy and even after 4 months looks great!

I have been using this cover for over a year now and it has done an amazing job. My lab is always jumping in rivers and getting muddy and this has stopped my car seats from getting muddy and smelly. It is worth every penny, I am going to buy another one for our other car.

I looked at many covers and this one was one of the few that offered protection for the interior of the doors as well as the seats. It creates a 'bucket' for the dogs to stay in which contains the dog hairs brilliantly! It is made of very sturdy material that is also soft and comfortable. It wipes down easily when necessary. Couple this with dog harnesses plugged in to the seat belts and this is the best method of carrying dogs in the car rather than the boot.

I had just bought a brand new car and wanted something to protect the leather seats from my gorgeous Cockapoo puppy. I saw this on zooplus and quickly ordered it! It arrived within 2-3 days and is excellent quality. It is a bit pricey but is worth every penny!

Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, and overall a fair price for a product that appears to have been designed and built to be used rather than drawn up by accountancy led firms whose products are built solely to generate as much profit as possible. After 1 year of use by two Ridgebacks, and post three washes, the only signs of wear are slight scags from claws on the quilting sewing. The car seats and doors have been completely protected. Would certainly buy again.

We bought this to protect the back seats of our new Discovery Sport from our standard poodle and border collie's messy ways! It fits perfectly. The dogs love it, in fact the poodle seems far more relaxed travelling than normal and it has kept the seat clean. Win., win

You should know that if you have a dog that sheds a lot, no seat protector will keep your car spotless. However, this gets pretty close. The design of the protector shows all the thought that went into it. There are conveniently placed zippers that allow you to close it in a way that no other protector does. It is also very convenient for use as hammock or just covering the bench and most of the floor space. material is very easy to clean an it looks like it will last for the lifetime of a dog. It is not cheap compared to other similar products but I can't recommend this product enough. I use it in combination with the dog harness that the same company makes and it has made car journeys a lot more pleasant for me and it gives me a piece of mind that I can actually let people sit in the back without having to apologise for the state of my car. We also used it after a couple of trips to the lake and this is most definitely water proof and cleaning mud off it is a easy as letting it dry and hoovering the dirt off. I have yet to wash it but if you use the gentle cycle with cold water I believe it should hold up pretty well.

Yes we are very pleased with this cover. Not particularly cheap but you get what you pay for! Very good quality and our German Shepherd very comfortable in it. Keeps our back seat clean. Ok you are going to get some dog hairs flying about, but on the whole very good. Would certainly recommend it !

I had been looking for some time for a complete cover for my back seat. I have a dalmation who sheds hair for 52 weeks of the year, little white needles! What a nightmare! I currently have an all black interior in my three door coupe which was a nightmare to keep hair free. At last!!! I have an answer to my wishes. This cover is so easy to use and has easy access panels that zip open and closed to keep the dog safe and secure. Added bonus. When you take the cover out, all it needs is a shake outside and the hairs come off. I have recommended this product to our local Audi dealer as it is the perfect size for the Q5 that we are awaiting the arrival on. We have even booked a holiday to take the dog with us. Result!!

I moved the seats back in my Peugeot 106 to give the dogs more room - and this blanket is ingenious. They both lay on their own blankets and didn't disturb me when I was driving. It was easy to clean, but with 2 big dogs, I think it went over its limit. But the price makes up for that.

I bought this car mat for my Peugeot 207! At first I had a bit of a problem putting it together, but I figured it out! It really does protect the car from dirt, especially in the last rainy spell. Great product and hopefully it'll last!
