I've got three of these. Very easy to assemble and good and sturdy. Cats go in without (too) much fuss unlike the ones with a side door. I don't use the shoulder strap, just the main handle on top. Delighted with them!

This basket is awful, my kitten was being transported to the vet and began biting at the walls. The plastic is so sharp it has cut open his mouth. I would not recommend this product to anyone and shall be writing a formal complaint to the company. (Not zoo plus)

I have just bought my second one of these as I have 2 cats - it's fine for 2 kittens but not really big enough for 2 adult cats. The top opening makes it very easy to get the cat in. The shoulder strap is likely to work loose, so should be checked every outing but the carry handle is more than adequate - overall a good buy!

Easy to get cat in and out of, I am now buying another one as I have two cats which are now too big for one box! The shoulder strap isn't all that, but the carry handle is quite sufficient.

I have a large cat who manages to escape from the standard cat carrier by pushing hard. In this carrier, he has plenty of space and, most importantly, he can’t escape! Very satisfied. The carrier and the handle also feel very sturdy. The strap is a bit less so, but I don’t use it.
