Our dog weighs just under 5 kg, so we ordered size S. Just to test it, we attached a 5 kg dumbbell to it: the vest, along with everything attached, sank like a stone!

The belly straps were much too short for my female German Shepherd, and there were several centimetres between the Velcro fasteners before they could even close. The vest would have fit around her neck/chest, which confused me and made me doubt the overall fit—if the vest fits a German Shepherd around the collar but not the belly, who is it actually meant for? Still, 4 stars for the high-quality workmanship and the excellent value for money.
