Too small. M for Cavalier

I’d been looking for something like this for ages and finally found it—really good!

I ordered size M, measured the chest circumference of my medium-sized dog, and it matched, but the item is much smaller than expected. Returning it isn’t easy to figure out on the website either. I’ve been trying for 10 minutes, but I keep getting sent back. You’re supposed to click on the product in your order, but the return option doesn’t show up like it says in the instructions. Grrrrr

Measured my dog's chest size, but the distance between the head and front legs isn't specified. This was way too short for my medium-sized dog. Unfortunately, I'll have to exchange it for a bigger size.
