Unfortunately, the quality isn’t what it used to be
I've had the same lead for 8 years, which was finally starting to wear out. I was very happy with it, so I ordered a new one. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. The clasps are no longer made of steel, but seem to be some kind of metal mix. I wasn't confident that the clasps would hold up for long with my 40kg dog, so unfortunately I have to send the lead back.
