Just like any other toothbrush. I find being able to switch between the smaller and bigger brush handy depending on where I'm trying to reach etc. Makes toothbrushing a lot easier!

What a pity that these are not made in a variety of colours for people with more than one dog. I don't share my toothbrush and there's no reason why George and Elsie should either - woof justice!

Basically the best one my cats have ever had, but I don’t get why it only comes in one colour. I have to get creative with marking them. That’s its only “flaw” and that’s the only reason I’m taking off one point.
