I do find one of these in the evening helps my two, 9kg dogs to sleep a bit better. It hasn’t changed anything during the day and it’s not a huge change but I feel like maybe it’s the equivalent of a human having a cup of chamomile before bed :)

Not sure if they work but they're not one bit interested in them, and will spit it out on the floor even if it's away from their meals when they would likely be hungry. I'm going to have to throw them out.
