Stays open when the wind blows it up

The hatch stays open when there's a gust of wind and remains that way until you push it down, so a lot of cold air comes in. There was no tunnel/extension included, so I had to make one myself. I wouldn't buy this again.

Quality (would be) important

The product is clever, but it only lasts for about 4 months. Unfortunately, I've already cut the door, so I have to keep buying this one. If you find another option, use that instead.

fragile

I've already broken two of them. Unfortunately, I'll have to order another one because the exit hole was made for this cat flap.

Doesn't match the actual measurements

The actual measurements of the flap are 22cm x 25cm, so it's misleading to say it's 35 x 29.

Industrial waste

I agree with the previous commenters, two dachshunds used the windbreaker frame and it broke after about 2 months, and the sun ruined the door in less than half a year. Considering all this, it's ridiculously expensive.

The sizes don't match

Fortunately, it fits my sister’s door. I had to replace my Trixie one because it broke. The measurements listed on the website were identical to mine, but the product is actually 2 cm narrower.

Dog/cat flap

Very happy with the pet door, the only thing is that the door can get a bit stuck sometimes, so it doesn’t close completely.
