Really loving this product and my pet is loving it too!!

We have had ours a year now and this weekend it fell apart, it does have a lot of use and I think three dogs going in and out of it all day took its toll! All three tried to come through at once and the plastic frame flap snapped and then today the clear flap hinge snapped. It did clatter a lot to when they were going in and out! So looking at an aluminium one now - hopefully its the same size hole!

We had the Staywell Dog Flap installed by a handyman. It doesn't clap back after it has opened. We'll just see what it is like after a few weeks but so far so good.

The actual measurements of the flap are 22cm x 25cm, so it's misleading to say it's 35 x 29.

I agree with the previous reviewers, two dachshunds used the windbreak and it broke after about 2 months, and the sun ruined the door in less than half a year. Considering all this, it's ridiculously expensive.

Fortunately, it fits my sister’s door. I had to replace my Trixie one because it broke. The measurements listed on the website were identical to mine, but the product is actually 2 cm narrower.

Very happy with the pet door, the only thing is that the door can get a bit stuck sometimes, so it doesn’t close completely.
