Our Maltese isn't allowed on the stairs, so we set up this gate. We just climb over it most of the time, but it's also just as easy to push it aside.

This gate stops our small dog climbing up the stairs. It's perfect. If you have a larger dog it will easily be able to push it aside, so additional security would be needed

We've used this gate for 2 years and have no complaints. It keeps our chihuahua out, but our GSD just jumps over it. But that's fine because it was bought for the chihuahua. Being a completely unskilled craftsman, I still managed to put this together easily. It's great quality and I would definitely buy it again.

The gate really doesn't stay in place; my 2.5 kg Cavalier puppy just pushes it out of position without any effort. And don't think you can conveniently slide the gate open from the other end, either.

Does what it's supposed to, easy to assemble. Value for money is fine. Warning! Sliding it apart and together is very difficult. Insider tip: just move it a bit to the side and you won't need the sliding mechanism at all!
