Actually, it's a great product. However, it took us a really long time to get the zippers around the corners of the side triangles, and we were quite desperate. Eventually, we managed it. Why aren't there simply two zippers for each section? Also, the fur mat inside can't be removed, so it's not washable. For now, we've just put a towel inside. Still, thanks for the otherwise lovely house. Hopefully, our cat will like it.
