Difficult to operate without tools
We had to use tools to open the lid where the on/off switch and charging port are hidden. That's not exactly clever 😅
Also, it rattles when you shake it, which makes us a bit worried about how long it will last.
It doesn't feel very sturdy, which is a shame because the concept itself is really cool and attractive for the winter season!
