Decline in quality
It used to be a great product, soft and healthy. But the last two deliveries I ordered arrived completely dried out. If I got a thicker piece, I might as well have given my dog a Himalayan cheese chew (that hard), and cutting up those big, tough pieces is no easy task.
I’ll probably order again to see if they’re still hard, but if they are, I’m done with Zooplus.
