Well, when it comes to 'soft chunks', I think of something different. The dog liked it, but I was looking for something softer.

I was specifically looking for rather soft dry food. This one describes itself as "soft", which doesn't leave much room for interpretation in my opinion. In the description, it's also called soft and juicy. But in reality, it's the hardest and driest food I've ever had in the house. I ended up giving it to the dog, who's less picky. However, after a few days, she started licking herself. For "tough" dogs, though, the food seems to be fine otherwise.
