Markus-Mühle Black Angus Junior - dog dry food

They're huge—my cocker, who usually has a good appetite, eats two or three and then gives up… I wouldn't recommend them except for large breeds.

I started by giving my puppy (a Beauceron and Tervuren mix) another premium brand when she was 2 months old, but she suffered from diarrhoea. I chose these kibbles because I was already giving the senior version to my old dog. I picked them because they're cold-pressed, which is better for puppies that will grow to be large. It's true that they're quite big, so the puppy has to chew them thoroughly. I remain loyal to this brand because of the quality of the ingredients.

The young dog doesn't like this food. However, "Rotwild deer" goes down well!

My 5-month-old cocker puppy likes them and eats them well when she's not put off! The kibble pieces are huge, more like adult size, so definitely don't get these for a small dog—they could choke. It's a shame, I chose them because the ingredients looked good, but I'm not sure we'll manage to finish the bag! Not for PUPPIES!

Although she liked them from the start, they didn’t suit her. Even after the adjustment period, her stool was still soft. The kibbles are big and hard, good for a medium-sized dog. However, I switched to the Natur Nah version, which worked better for her.
