Delivery takes a long time

Unfortunately, since the recent recipe change and reduction in fresh meet ingredients, my dogs refuse to eat it. I’ve been feeding different types of wolf of wilderness dry food for years, but the quality across all flavours is steadily declining, fillers like lingocellulose are added in most types, and prices go up despite cheaper ingredients. A shame really.

We have a Kerry Beagle (a midsized hound) and he absolutely goes mental for any of the Wolf of Wilderness dry foods. He loves his food anyways, but when the bag opens, he dances around every day! I always get a few of the small bags to test new varieties and the duck one seems to be yet another winner! One criticism is that the closure of the bags is really rubbish. A velcro style would be much better.

After my Rottie not eating his food for 2 week I gave him this today and he "wolfed" it down!

Storm is a 4 month old German Shepherd pup so she will love and eat anything, but so far so good. Have had no problems. Her coat is very glossy. She is very energized etc. The only negative I have, it makes her breath stink! Shame they don't sell this anywhere, in shops in the UK :(

My two huskies love it and they are very picky, I am very satisfied with this food, and love the 2x12 option especially!

I’ve tried several different fried foods, but always one liked it and the other didn’t. With Wild if Wilderness they both love it, especially the Wild Hills variety.

Having six dogs with a variation of taste buds and my own requirement to feed well we have tried many brands! This food has come far ahead of many more expensive brands we have tried. From the moment the kibble went in the bowl noses were going and tails wagging! Even our hardest to please old gentleman loves it m! The treats also went down a storm!

His breath after eating this is killing me.... Never again... changing to another brand - breath ok again

My 12 old GSD is getting very fussy about food but since changing to Wolf of the Wilderness she eats with no coaxing and her health is improving as a result

It’s a relief to finally find a grain free food that my 3 German Shepherds will all eat most of the time, 1 is very picky & eventually turned her nose up at raw. They all have a great coat & skin. The bag Is easy to open & has a great zip lock top

Betty my Boxer loves this food, coat and eyes shine and she looks a picture of health. Very digestible kibble that she loves. She has no problem with any of the varieties loves them all.

My 11 month old Scottie loves his food and is thriving. Digestive system very healthy. Lovely shiny coat.

We have 2 working cockers and they are fed this once a day and raw food for 2nd meal. They both love it. They had been on a very expensive different dry dog food since they were puppies and never seemed particularly interested in it. But they both love this food, no contest.

My (very wolf-looking) Siberian husky loves this food. When we got her as a puppy, she was very picky and would not eat at all for days if she did not like food. We tried every commercial brand of dog foods - until we found this Wolf brand. I now buy a mix of flavours in dry and wet, and alternate. Her fur stays dry shiny and beautiful, and she is full of energy.

I have a French bulldog and a pug. My frenchy has a grain intolerance and my pug seems to have a chicken intolerance. I have tried almost all dry dog foods that you can get in the UK and this bay far is the best brand. The whites of their eyes are clear and bright, their ears are healthy and their coat is thicker and shinier (the pug even sheds less). They have fewer stools which are always hard and easy to pick up and most importantly they love it. I tend to buy a variety of each flavour and rotate between them so they don't get sick of it. If you haven't tried this food already I would definitely give it a go.

I have a bedlington terrier (7) who is extremely fussy with itchy paws and ears, and a whippet x greyhound (4) who will eat anything and is very healthy overall. I've gone through more brands of dog food than I could count with them both, as it had to be a good jasper will try. In comes Wolf of Wilderness! It's like a switch has been flicked! They both scoff their breakfast and tea like I've never seen before (jasper just wouldn't eat some days, he would turn his nose up at all food except human) but now they can't get enough of it! Thank you Zooplus for the excellent deals and economy packs 😁 It means I can get my dogs a high quality food with high meat content and it doesn't cost the earth!

My dogs have always had this brand since they were puppies and never had any issues. Next month, my Malinois will turn 7 and my Border Collie will turn 8, so they'll gradually switch to senior kibble. I already know it won't be a problem because they're used to it.

I've been buying this product for a few years, but now, after seeing so many people complaining about this change in the food, it's confirmed that my dog has digestive problems because of it. I won't order again. He had soft stools/skin eczema/refused to eat.

I made soft food and they're not single-protein. Chicken is always present in every variety. Total disappointment.

My dog loved it, but I don’t give him too much because he’s used to Royal Canin. So I mix them together.

The new recipe is terrible, my dog has started to develop a strong odour… the price stayed the same but the quality has dropped by 90%. He grew up with this brand from puppy to adult, and now with the new recipes he leaves the food in his bowl.

The new recipe isn't as well liked as before. I have to mix it with something else.

My dog has been eating this dry food for just over 4 years now. I think the kibble pieces have become smaller and drier. There’s a lack of a guide about kibble size. But he still eats them, and that’s the most important thing. It was very difficult to find dry food for him when he was little.

My dog has been eating these kibbles for 6 years now and his coat is shiny and beautiful. It's a shame there's no zip closure anymore—now it's just sealed and you can't reseal the 12kg bag.

Much weaker than the old recipe at the same price.

My dog always loved these kibbles, but ever since the recipe changed, he won’t eat them anymore... The kibbles seem greasy and soft, and they smell bad... It’s a real shame the quality has dropped so much, especially since the price is the same or even higher...

My dog has been eating this kibble since he was a puppy and always finished his bowl quickly. With the new recipe, he only touches it if/when he's really hungry. I thought he might get used to it, but even after 5 weeks it's still the same. On top of that, even the packaging has changed—before, the 12kg bags were resealable, which makes sense given the quantity. Now, there's no way to seal them properly anymore and the kibble goes off.

I've always bought this product, but with the latest packaging redesign, the pack no longer has the zip that used to keep it fresh. Now, once you open it, it stays open and the product loses its flavour and crunchiness, especially with the bigger packs, since they take longer to finish.

More bad breath and the bag can't be closed anymore. We'll have to look for alternatives.

Unfortunately, the new recipe has lowered the quality of the product for my dog.

Our dogs have always loved this food. The kibble size is perfect for our 7-8 kg dogs. It fills them up well, and the composition is really great!

The new recipe for this dog food from Wolf Of Wilderness is so much worse and contains less meat that I will no longer be buying this product, and that actually goes for the other products from this manufacturer with the new recipe as well. I just can't understand how you think I would pay the same for an inferior product.

We were satisfied until the new recipe, but since the change we've had nothing but problems with digestion, bad breath, constant scratching, and even the coat is suffering.
