I've been using this food ever since we got our dog, and it's really well tolerated—my Border Collie absolutely loves it. He switched to the "new recipe" without any issues at all. What annoys me a bit is that the 12kg bag from the last delivery didn't have an integrated closure, which, to be honest, I just don't get with a premium dog food. That's why I deducted one star. If they fix that, it'll definitely be a full 5 stars...

No more zip and very little meat in the ingredients. Our dogs deserve to eat well. I won’t be buying this brand again, even though I’d been a loyal customer for 3 years.

Very disappointed, hardly any turkey despite what it says on the label. Not much protein. I won't be choosing them again.

We used to only buy this brand, but now we're going to switch. No more zip, which was really handy, and the new recipe is terrible—our dog can't digest the kibble anymore.
