You're using it wrong!
To the people complaining that their rabbit has to twist it's neck to drink: the bottle is made to turn so that it can be outside the cage, with the spout sticking in, making the angle necessary. But you really only need to do that if your rabbit is in a cage that's probably much too small for it, as the bottle designed for your pets size should fit in a cage that meets it's needs, so maybe look into hutches or play yards if this is a problem for you. My rabbit lives in the biggest cage on the market and I still feel like it's not big enough and chill on my bed with her as much as I can, and she's a Netherland Dwarf and weighs 2.5lb.
For the people complaining about it dripping: you're not filling it to the very top. Fill it straight upright to the rim, and then put the lid on.
