The product is very good but it might not suit all rabbits. For Vizir, it's perfect because he's clean and doesn't scratch it. On the other hand, Caramel tears it apart in a few minutes and pees on it. Very quickly, an unpleasant smell comes from his area. I ended up setting up something different for him.
