In the picture it shows the base, but only the racks are included. I wouldn’t have minded paying more for both, but what I bought isn’t what’s shown in the image. It’s a shame, everything else was fine and delivery was quick, but that doesn’t help if I now have to order the base separately and pay for shipping again. The website’s user experience really needs to be improved.

Ordered this pen for my two guinea pigs. However, I'm not really sure how you're supposed to clean the base? Is it meant to have some kind of mat or something over it? Otherwise, it feels good, was easy to assemble and it's big!
