Chipsi Super Pet Litter

I've been using this bedding for my guinea pigs (rescues) for 20 years. It's not dusty, contains no softwoods, and is very absorbent.

I was really enthusiastic at first. Unfortunately, the last deliveries were extremely dusty. At first, I thought that could happen sometimes and used the litter as a top layer in the garden. But the last deliveries have actually gotten worse rather than better. Interestingly, the large 24kg bale is fine. It's just the small packages that are so terrible.

My Merris usually have blankets, but for holidays I use litter so the neighbours 🙏 have it easier with the pee.

I’ve been ordering this product for years because of an animal with a foot ulcer, as it used to be really soft and free of splinters. In the past two years, though, it’s been full of splinters and has a rough texture. One positive thing is that it’s less dusty than regular wood shavings.
