The packs have gotten 15% smaller and also got more expensive so you're out on both sides. In this day and age of trying to reduce plastic consumption, it's really against the grain to put less in each package. Really disappointed.

Amazing service and product!
My order came very well packaged! The felix box contains deviders inside, so it is very easy to use and is very practical.

Good product, terrible packaging
Good value, the cat loves it, but terrible packaging. There is always one or two pouches that have leaked or burst in one of the boxes. Last delivery I had 5 burst pouches, it was a mess.

Good, but I would get something else as well
This deal was great value, but I think I bored them because after the first box of 40 they went from loving it to much less enthusiastic (and I still had two more boxes to go!). I've been putting a bit of those "liquid snack" things on top to help them eat it. Next time I order in bulk I'll order one box of 12 of something different too to give them variety!
