  • Exterior: Only clean selectively. Clean with cold water and mild soap.
  • Sleeping mat: Remove cover. Machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay out flat to dry.

Note:
Make sure to give your pet enough time to gradually get used to the carrier. Observe your pet’s behaviour with the product to assess its suitability. Never leave your pet unattended in the carrier and restrain with the integrated short lead when carrying them in the bag. Remove your pet from the carrier if it’s visibly uncomfortable or seems nervous.
