After neutering, the nutritional needs of cats changes and their metabolism can slow down. Ultima Adult Sterilised - Chicken & Barley has been formulated to work against the tendency of neutered cats towards weight gain, as well as associated urinary tract sensitivity. A low calorie and fat content, plus added L-Carnitine, which boosts the metabolism, helps your cat to maintain a healthy weight. Appropriate sodium levels prevent urinary tract problems and produce an optimum urine pH, to reduce the likelihood of urinary crystal formation or bacterial infections of the bladder and urinary tract.
Ultima dry cat food is highly nutritious and contains a unique blend of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids to strengthen your cat's immune system and overall wellbeing. Protein from chicken also helps to keep muscles lean and strong and combined with omega-3 and omega-6 can help to encourage a healthy skin and shiny fur. As with all Ultima products, only the best ingredients are used, under strict quality controls. The product is gently steam cooked to preserve the natural nutrients and flavours of the original ingredients, which helps Ultima foods to be well accepted.

As with other reviews, all 5 of mine love these biscuits and eat them all. And we know how fussy cats can be!

A winner with my cats !
The local shops don't stock anymore so I searched the net and found it here. My cats all love it we have tried various dried foods including vet recommended and this is the best !

The 1 and Only Crunchie
My cats have been offered every dried food under the sun including more expensive ones but they only want this one, which has become almost impossible to buy. The high Street store that I always bought it from now doesn't stock it, despite it always selling out faster than yhey restocked it. Thank goodness for Zooplus! They always deliver in a few days reliably.

Never any wasted food
I have tried so many different dry cat food and my two cats usually end up getting bored and refusing to eat it. Not so with this excellent dried cat food. I have been using this for over 18 months and I can honestly say that there has never been any wastage. They love it. It is not easily obtained so please carry on stocking this Zooplus.
