Super for the price
It is true that it doesn't last that long, but honestly it doesn't break that easily either and considering the price, it is great. Cats love it! It does leave a lot of cardboard around that needs to be cleaned, but a small price to pay for happy cats
Arrived damaged
Cats don't love the shape but they're weirdos. Bigger problem is that this came looking like it was scratched already, not sure if poorly constructed or damaged in transit somehow
Does last very long
Bought it a month ago and my cat loves it but it's already very damaged. Another month or less and I'll have to throw it away. Need to find one that lasts longer

My cat goes to scratch it occasionally but wasn't the biggest fan.

My cats really like it
My cats liked it, both to scratch or just to seat and use it as a bed, although they are a bit big for it. 😅

I purchased this for my kittens in an attempt at stopping them scratching the carpet. Other reviews were good so I thought at that price i would give it a go. I am pleased to say since using this they haven't scratched the carpet. Would recommend and will get another one when this one needs getting rid of, although so far it still looks good.
Cats love it!
My cats were using my carpet before which rrally stressed me out. Since I brought this no carpet clawing. One of my cats loves it so much she sits on it & uses it constantly. BTW ZOO PLS IS BEST WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE!
Loves it but doesn't last very long!
I got my boy Freddie a cardboard scratcher at Xmas (the sled design) as he loves to jump into boxes when you unpack anything and scratch - he loved it so much he scratched practically all the way through it, so I got him the wave design and he loved it even more. He likes to lounge on this one as well as scratch it but only seems to like it one way up which means I can't turn it over to get more use out of it, as he has already taken great chunks out of it and will be needing a new one pronto!
carpet saver
my cats refused to ever go near, never mind use any upright/sisal scratchposts (tried various ones, in various places, with various added "enticements")- this they LOVE . and yep, also to hang out on or play fight with. yes, it leaves bits of cardboard all around but nothing a quick hoover or brush cant solve- unlike the bits of plastic filament that stick up on scratched carpet.
scratcher or bed, either way it works
I cannot fault this product. Have had it for a couple of months now, and even though it's used daily it still looks new. Much more durable than I expected for something made of cardboard. When it's not scratched upon, it is slept on, doubling as a bed. When it breaks I will get a new one.

such a simple idea and my cats love using them to claw and then sit on them to watch out the window (totally ignoring their cat tree!!)
Great buy
As someone else said it does shred a lot at the start. But don't give up - the cats love it. Both for scratching and also sitting on. Great purchase.

Loved it
I bought this item for my two cats. And they went nuts for it. I didn't put the catnip on it. It is by far their favourite scratching thing.
Great scratching mat
My cat never took any notice of scratching posts/mats before but she loves this one. Yes it does make a lot of mess at first and I had to put it on a mat and vacuum regularly but it saves her scratching the furniture and it has lasted ages and does not make a mess any more, probably I need to get her a new one!! She loved it so much she slept on it at one point!
Great but a little messy
My cat ignored this for a few weeks even after adding the catnip supplied. I persevered and added more catnip, my cat suddenly caught on and now loves it! It's solid and is a good size for her without it taking over the room like some scratch posts. Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't as messy, though this is a minor downside (quick vacuum and it's sorted).
brilliant!
My Snoopy loves her new scratch box :) She sits and lies on it all the time when I am downstairs with her (she has an alternative one upstairs) and as soon as she is let into the house, she runs over and uses it and then sits on it!
For the price it is fantastic and my kitty loves it!
Saved my stair carpet!
I was dubious about my cat bothering with this scratching pad, as he has been using my stair carpet to manicure his nails! Right down to the underlay! But the reviews looked promising so I went ahead and bought one. Both he and I are delighted! He loves it! He started using it straight away. I bought the cat nip spray to use on it instead of the loose stuff and it works well. Only problem I have, is that it sounds incredibly loud at 3am! and wakes me up! But I will have to move it around until I find somewhere it where I can't hear it as much! All in all, delighted :)
Best yet cheaper investment!
I bought this to try out for my two furry felines and they absolutely love it!!
They have a big scratching post and lots to keep them occupied but no matter what time of day, 1 can usually be found sitting or scratching it. It's in our living room so in the morning when they get up with me it's the first thing they go to for a stretch :)
Definitely would recommend at least one in every kitty home. If you get the right shape of product then you can turn it over and they can have double the fun.
Good size
We have this scratch box positioned just inside a room where the cats have scratched a hole in the carpet. It's a good size and has stopped our cats from scratching the carpet further - wish we had bought it earlier!
