Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Canine NF Renal Function is developed to meet the specialist dietary needs of dogs with acute and chronic kidney disease. This wet food has a delicious taste and a palatable, mousse-like texture.

The dietetic wet food has a reduced protein content of proteins; the fewer, but higher-quality proteins help to counteract toxins in the body and the degradation of muscle mass. Additionally, the low phosphorus content helps to slow the progression of kidney diseases. Purina Veterinary Diets Canine Mousse NF Renal is suitable as a complete food for adult and senior dogs.

For dry and wet feeding, please consult PPVD Canine EN Gastrointestinal™ Dry Pack. The recommended duration of use is initially up to 12 weeks and for life in chronic pancreatic insufficiency. Please consult your vet before using this food or extending the feeding period.
Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.
*For dogs over 40 kg add 1/3 dose per 5 kg body weight.

Not bad

Not too bad my labrador seemed to like it but the texture is like rubber /silicone not as good as other brands for renal care

Texture is like rubber

I wont be ordering this food again the texture is like rubber or silicone ive been trying different renal function foods to see which works best for my dog and to be honest this would be my least favourite based on the texture it doesnt even look appetising if im honest , however my dog had no problem eating the food but there is better quality foods on the website .
