The continuous flow of water encourages your dog to drink more, which is particularly important for his hydration. The transparent water tank allows you to keep an eye on the water level at all times. In addition, the triple active filter ensures that hair and residues are reliably removed so that the water always remains fresh and clear.

Note: The filter should be rinsed out every 3 days and replaced approx. every 30 days.

Cleaning the fountain:
Clean the drinking fountain once a week with a soft sponge and a mild detergent without chemicals or abrasives and rinse it off. Be sure to rinse carefully so that no soap residue remains.

Cleaning the filter:
Remove the filter from the bottom section and rinse it. Do not wash the filter with soap. If the filter contains impurities or other foreign matter, replace it. (Replacement filters are sold separately.) Replace the filter every three to four weeks or as soon as signs of saturation with foreign matter (impurities, food residues, hair, etc.) become recognisable. More frequent replacement may be necessary depending on the living environment or water quality, as well as if used by several animals. Please follow the instructions for use.

Cleaning the pump:
If you suspect that the pump is dirty, open the pump and remove the impeller cover and the impeller. Remove any dirt from the impeller and clean the impeller shaft with running water. Be careful when handling the impeller. If the pump makes noise, clean the pump as described above and fill the drinking water reservoir with plenty of water so that the pump is completely submerged. The pump must not run dry!
