The back length (A) should be measured from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Back length (A) + collar height (B) is the total back length of the coat.
The neck circumference (C) should be measured around the lowest point of the base of the neck.
The chest circumference (D) should be measured directly behind the front legs.
The maximum coat width (E) should be measured twice from the centre of the back of the hind legs/thighs.
The total side length (F) should be measured from the front of the chest over the flank to the rear.
Please note: Be sure to measure the back length from the base of the neck at withers height to the base of the tail. See image.
