Beef is rich in vitamins and minerals, while green-lipped mussels contain natural cartilage nutrients. Peas provide natural fibre and vitamins, while potatoes are a low-fat, gluten-free source of carbohydrates. Glucosamine and chondroitin are also included in this recipe.
