It has also been designed to support the weaning of puppies from their mother's milk onto solid food.The recipe contains a tailored nutrient complex with vitamins C and E, helping to support immune system development. A combination of beneficial prebiotics and highly-digestible proteins help this Royal Canin Medium Starter Mother & Babydog to support optimum balance in the gut microbiome, boosting healthy digestion. This food is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain development in young puppies.

Great food, Lab loves it!
Been feeding my yellow Lab Royal Canin ever since we got him as a pup and there is no way I would ever take him off it. He has a healthy, shiny coat(and does not over moult despite what some say on other sites). people always comment on how healthy and well he looks, vets included. Great price from Zooplus also!

this is great for my jack Russell , this is the second time I have used this when she is about to have her pups , this time I went for the medium one because you got 12.5kg , in the small type you only get 8.5kg but the small and medium kibble are the same size and have the same things in it
so I would buy the medium from now on as you are getting a 3.5KG extra and that SAVES ABOUT £15

Great Product for my Springer Spaniel and her Pups
I have fed both my Springers on the Royal Canin Medium brand since we got them as pups so thought i would use the Starter when my female got pregnant. The pups (and mum) love the product and they pups have had no problems with the food starting on it from 4 weeks old (with the puppy milk). I would recommend this product.
