Product description
Species appropriate kibble based on the wolf's natural diet, made with lots of meat and enriched with berries, wild herbs and roots. Available in an economy pack at a great price.
Wolf of Wilderness dry dog food at a glance:
- 100% grain-free recipe
- High meat content
- Lots of fresh meat (min. 40%), easy to digest, well accepted
- Enriched with fruits of the forest (mixed berries), wild herbs and roots
- Suitable for dogs with grain allergies
- No artificial preservatives, colours or aromas
Wolf of Wilderness is rich in pure meat; the only other ingredients are fruits of the forest (mixed berries), wild herbs and roots. It has a low carbohydrate content since a wild wolf rarely consumes carbohydrates in its natural habitat. It is grain free and the only source of carbohydrates and roughage is potatoes which are fat free and packed with important trace elements and fibre. Dried berries, herbs and roots provide important minerals as well as secondary plant matter.
The Economy Packs are available in lots of different varieties.

Good quality dry foods
I have been feeding this dry dog food to my wild foxes. I can see the change in their appearance - beautiful coat of fur. They appear happy with the food.

Nutmeg Approved
We have been feeding Nutters in WOWfood since we adopted her at 4 months old. She has tried all brands from puppy to adult WOW and all have been a big hit, with the duck and the salmon being the favourites. Saw the new moist and picked up a large bag with a free small bag. Used the small bag as a treat to begin with and it was greedily received. I still use as a training treat and for recall training but also mix some of the moist kibble in with her dry kibble just for some variation.

Cockerpoo loves it
Well what can I say!! My rather fussy cockerpoo loves it! I’ve never seen in her 3yrs eat all her dinner without boiled chicken mixed in. The soft dry kibble she thought were treats & couldn’t get enough of it. The wet food as I said went down a treat. Happy dog & very happy owner. I’m going to review it on my YouTube channel with a massive thumbs up!

Great for a (nearly) toothless senior
Bowl empty in seconds, no problem with chewing, even with old, broken teeth (unlike regular dry food). No runny stools (unlike when on e.g., BARF) or bloating. +Glossy coat!
A 13+yo (and a jealous 5yo) recommend :)

Treats
I have a greyhound and a jack Russell and both dogs love the soft WOW food. I have tried all 3 flavours on them and they love them all. I only use the soft food as treats when out on walks or training not as their main meal. They get the WOW dry food as their main meal.

Excellent
After my Rottie not eating his food for 2 week I gave him this today and he "wolfed" it down!

This has revived our dog's appetite!
We have a 5 year-old goldendoodle who seemed to have got bored with her kibble and would often not eat her lunch-time meal. With a handful of this new semi-moist food added she is devouring every meal as soon as it is put down.

My dog loves this
My dog is a very fussy eater and I can only buy 1kg bags. He has really enjoyed this whole bag though and I can even give it to him during the day as treats because it is sem moist and he doesn't notice the difference.
I would have given 5 stars except I am trying to keep my dog off chicken as it sometimes upsets him and I noticed that there is some chicken sneaked into this lamb and sweet potato flavour!!!

It’s a winner!!
Our three picky mix breeds have tried Orijen, Canine Choice and other high brand dry dog food & really haven’t enjoyed eating them. With this food, they are straight to their bowls & it’s gone very quickly. Will be buying this brand again in more flavours!

New Food
Im getting the impression from their reviews, a number of new users aren't transitioning their dogs over a few weeks when changing foods, and just giving them a bowl, which they duly scoff.
Of course a dog will get the runs, or become unwell. They need to change food gradually, mixing old with new until its 100% new..... 80/20, 70/30, 50/50, 30/70, 10/90.......over 2 weeks!

Picky puppy
8month old miniature schnauzer finally eating her kibble, she had stopped eating the one I’d been feeding her since I got her.

Our Dogs Love it
Since we put our 2 GSD and 3 French Spaniels on it we have clean dishes and happy dogs. The spaniels in paricular can be fussy eaters and 1 does not get on with food that contains grains. We will defintely buy again

Good selection of ingredients apart from one !
I have a Eleven year old collie, she had problems limping through running. She loves to run and run.since she was put on the salmon, the fish oils has helped. No limping anymore. My only concern is , one of the ingredients is currants even though it's minor in quality, over a period of time it might effect the kidneys.

Perfect!
My Vlciak loves it, the only kibble that has her seal of approval & that's a miracle!

Semi moist chicken
Dogs love all flavours of the semi moist variety but ther definitely seems to be a problem with the chicken flavour not a lot of kibble but lots of crumbs where the kibble has all broken down

Just the right amount of protein for Jo (German Shepherd)
After trying numerous grainfree brands we (Jo the Shepherd and I) decided to stick to this one. While Jo likes the high protein ones but his guts don't and averts his nose from lower quality food as he is picky, we found Wolf of Wilderness with the right protein amount. I'm able to pick up after him, he doesn't get hyper after feeding, he likes it and the fish might help to keep his joints healthy.
